Building a Double Garage

We are currently working on a double car garage for a client in New Plymouth. The concrete floor has been laid thanks to Clinton at "Concrete Needs Ltd". Because all the existing drainage and soak holes were on the other side of the building, we needed to drill a new soak hole. This required us to drill a 6 metre deep, 600 millimetre diameter hole to take all the storm water off of the new garage roof. Novaflo drainage pipe is then laid from the bottom of the down pipe through the dirt and into the top of the soak hole. As you can see from the photos, the last part of the job is to lay the concrete lid over the hole. The job is then ready for the concrete driveway to be laid.
